| Because it is under the normal setting ofthe CD-R writing machine, so it cannot read beyond the setting area. On the other hand, the 100min/ 900MB CD-R have the special intensive arrangement, in order to increase the space density. Then, it can storage 30% more than normal CD-R. |

| 2.How is the burning procedure of 100 min/ 900 MB CD-Rom |
| (1) Start NERO software and select ‘No Multisession”(2) Please select ‘disc-at-once’setting area, then press ‘NEW’(3) Select the burning file (e.g. 850MB file size)(4) Press FILE>Preference, select ‘expert features’(5) Select ‘Enable Disc-at-once Overburning’ then press ‘Confirm’(6) Press BURN and the screen will show the selected file was beyond the normal usage, continue or not? Please press ‘Write Overburn Disc’ to confirm. (7) After finished, the computer could view the disc with 850MB. |

| 3.Why using 52x CD-R can only used to 40x? |
| It is because the CD Writer speed cannot reach 52x, although the disc can run the said speed. In this case, the hardware restricted the performance of the disc. |

| 4.Why the CD-R or DVD-R cannot detect by the CD-Rom? |
| (1) Please check the CD-Rom can support DVD format or not. DVD-Rom can read both format, however CD-Rom can only read CD-R. (2) It may also because of the disc problem; you may replace another disc for testing. (3) Maybe the CD-writer was out of order, then CD cannot readable. |
